RETREAT PRICING SCHEDULE

Full payment MUST be made in the camp office while your group is at camp.  All deposits are non-refundable.

Lodges

One night’s stay is $25.00 per person.  Lodges are designed differently but all have quality bunk beds, bathrooms, kitchens, & meeting rooms.  Linens are not provided.  Campers need to bring bedding, towels, & toiletries.  $250 deposit per lodge.

Motel Rooms

Pricing based on occupancy.  All linens provided but guests bring personal toiletries.  $25 deposit per room reserved.  Rooms have maximum capacities (Exception: Families w/ children).  Deluxe rooms have 2 queen beds, Efficiencies have 2 twin beds.

Rooms #5 & 10 have a king-size bed, a bunk bed, & a kitchen.

 

Meals

Meals are $6.50 each and are served at 8 am, Noon, & 5:30 pm.  Kids age 4 & Under eat free. Kids age 5-9 are $5.00. TBE serves quality meals, a full salad bar, and great coffee in a relaxed dining hall.  For ease & retreat enjoyment, you are encouraged to schedule meals with the camp.  Groups are responsible for paying for the meal numbers given to the office prior to the event.

 

Conference Areas

Each lodge has an attached conference room that is available, free-of-charge, for the group staying in that lodge.

Motel groups and any extra meeting rooms will be charged as below.  Facility assignment is dependent on group size.

Miscellaneous

Families in Motel Rooms  Ages 4 & under stay free w/ their parents.  Ages 5-9 are $5 w/ parents.  Ages 10+ full price.

Families in Lodges  Ages 4 & under stay free.  Ages 5 & up are full price.

Day Camper:  For commuter guests that attend camp but do not stay overnight, the fee is $5 daily plus meals.

RV Park:  $15.00 per night, per RV, with 4 or less people staying in the camper.  Tent camping is $5 per night.

Recreation:  Sports areas are available.  Please bring necessary equipment.  Fishing is encouraged but state laws apply on-site (license).  Swimming Pool can be scheduled for $50/hour.  Lifeguards required & are an additional $10/hr.

Other:  Golf Carts can be rented for $25/day.  Campfires set up & charged at $10/fire.  All facilities fully air-conditioned.
